For day-of coordinators

The wedding coordinator app for the day itself.

You run the timeline and cue every moment. Textual keeps the guests where they need to be: every update goes out as a text, on time, to exactly the right people. Guests stop calling. You keep the clipboard.

Saturday, minute by minute

You run the day. Textual runs the guests.

While you cue the music and chase the rings, every guest update lands on time, with exactly the people it’s for.

Fewer questions. More cues.

Every guest has your number. When the answers are already in their texts, they stop using it, and your phone stays in your pocket.

The guest list

Your people, in their places.

Seat your guests into groups the way you would at dinner. Each text goes only to the people it’s for, so nobody gets a shuttle reminder they don’t need.

Rain at two. Everyone knows by 2:05.

Move the ceremony inside, tap send, and every guest has the new plan before the chairs are stacked. Go on, try it.

For your guests

Kind to everyone’s phone.

One number to save
Every text comes from the same number, with a contact card so guests know it’s you.
Only what matters
Around five texts a weekend, each one something a guest would otherwise have asked.
Your words, approved
Nothing sends until you’ve read it, and you can change any message right up to the minute.
Easy to step away
Any guest can reply STOP and they won’t hear from us again.

A few good questions.

How do guests get updates on the day?

As ordinary texts from one saved number. They’re written and scheduled ahead, go only to the guests they’re for, and a last-minute change reaches everyone in about a minute.

Can I change a text on the day?

Yes. Edit a scheduled text or send a new one from your phone, right up to the minute.

Who sets it up, me or the couple?

Either. The couple can add you by phone number, and you both work on the same plan.

Do guests need an app?

No. Updates arrive as ordinary texts, and guests add photos through a link in their browser.

Your weekend starts here.

Bring your website and your guest list. We’ll help with everything in between.
